MCO (MyComplianceOffice) has been named the Digital Technology Company of the Year at the Annual Technology Ireland Industry Awards. The Awards celebrate the best and brightest of Ireland’s technology companies.
MCO provides compliance management software that enables companies around the world, large and small, to reduce their risk of misconduct and provide proof of regulatory compliance. With clients in over 100 countries and employees around the world, the company is committed to delivering affordable, easy-to-use, compliance technology.
Marking the announcement, Technology Ireland Director Una Fitzpatrick said: “MCO demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape. MCO’s leadership team drove the execution of a multiyear strategy, consistently expanding capability and ultimately achieving the global reputation they now have in what is a highly complex compliance sector. MCO has grown from a small niche player to a global enterprise leader in the financial services software market, and the company truly encompasses what it means to be the Digital Technology Company of the Year.”
Other award winners at the black-tie gala Awards Ceremony in the Mansion House, Dublin, were Protex AI, Nutritics, FINEOS, Gabadoo, Foodprint by Nutritics, Fujitsu Ireland, Fidelity Investments Ireland, STEM Passport to Inclusion, and OpenIreland at CONNECT, Trinity College Dublin.

Geraldine Magnier was named Person of the Year at the Awards Ceremony. Geraldine is a stalwart of the Irish Technology Sector, with extensive involvement across all facets of the sector. Geraldine is Co-founder and Director of Idiro Analytics.
Una Fitzpatrick said: “As well as being an ardent advocate of the ethical use of AI, Geraldine is a wonderful champion of Irish tech SMEs and in her role as Vice Chair of the Small Firms Association continuously lobbies the Government for a ‘Small Business Strategy’ and is a regular contributor in many fora including national budget submissions, government task forces and the National Economic Dialogue’’.
